REFUNDS
How can you return and order?
To return an order you must introduce your username (login) and password. Once you have entered you must click on “My Orders” and the system will show the orders that can be returned. Select the model or models you wish to return and click on them.
The system will generate a tracking number which will be immediately sent to UPS.
An email with the details of the return will be sent.
All the refund costs will be met by The Art Shop providing that the reason for the return is imputable to the company. This is the case when there are manufacturing defects, storage mistakes...
For a correct refund the following conditions must be fulfilled:
- The product must not be used.
- The product must be packed in the same way as it was when received. In case the original package is not available, the new one must be large enough to contain the product.
- The product must be returned within 14 days after its delivery.
If all the conditions are fulfilled The Art Shop will refund the cost of your order except the shipping costs of the initial order since the return is not made on the basis of any defect in the product sent. In that case the whole cost will be refunded within 10 working days.
Only those products purchased via The Art Shop Online can be returned.
Refunds which The Art Shop is taking care of, will be gathered by UPS Transports Company. Trhee reclaim attempts will be done, if reclaim failed, customer should make the delivery at his own.
In order to process your return correctly, you must include the original invoice.
Note: The Art Shop tries to ensure that the colour of those shoes displayed in the web is as close to the real one as possible. However the exact colour can change because of different factors such as the quality of the photographs, light, the screen or any other factors that are completely out of our control. If you have any question as regards the colour of any of our models do not hesitate to contact us.
