HOW TO PURCHASE

Make sure the selected country is the country to which your order must be sent. Otherwise, change it in the list of countries in the banner above.

UPS STEP

If your having problems in our check out process during the third step "the shipping method" and every time you see a message like the following "The Delivery Address does not match the country selected for the store (top menu). Please fix your address or create a new one before proceeding." Please follow the following steps:

1. In the banner above select a diferent country, for example Gabon.
2. Now select the real country of dstination for your order.
3. Con to ckeck out and finish the process.
   

Select your favourite models and add them to your order cart. Make sure the chosen size is right.

Orders are fulfilled from Monday to Friday. The dispatch is fixed in 24 hours.

So as to preview the models added to your cart, click see cart. You will be able to eliminate, add new pairs or finish the purchase.

Once the choice of the models has been finished, go on to the sign in form:

• If you have already purchased before, use your user data and password to avoid the singing-in process.
• If this is the first time you purchase something in The Art Shop you will have to sign in.

Fill in or modify the shipment details.

Select the payment method. The Art Shop offers two methods:

• Cash on delivery (COD).
• Credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners and JCB).

If your data are validated, the order will be finished correctly and you will be able to see the purchase confirmation with an order number. This information will also be sent to your e-mail address.

We remind you that you can see the models or download the cards from the website www.the-art-company.com.

PAYMENT METHOD

In order to pay for your purchases, you will be able to use any Visa, American Express or Mastercard-Eurocard credit card. You will also be able to pay by cash on delivery in some countries. You are able to use paypal in anycase.

The Art Shop ensures all the transactions fulfilled via our website are 100% safe. All the operations implied in the bank data transmission are fulfilled by using a safe environment. When paying with VISA, American Express or MASTERCARD you will always be required these data:

• Credit card number.
• Expiry date.
• Validation code, which coincides with the 3 last digits of the number in italics printed at the back of the VISA, AMERICAN EXPRES or MASTERCARD credit card.
